How to Calculate Load:
- Put on only those equipment’s which you want to run on the Powerlux Silent Generator.
- Go near the distribution box where you’ll find four colored cables; Red, Yellow, Blue & Black.
- Put the clamp meter around the Red, Yellow & Blue cable one by one and note down the ampere rating.
- Now add the numbers in case of single phase requirement or pick the highest in case of three phase requirement.
- Select your kVA from the above given ampere chart and see under which rating your requirement falls.
Note:
- After putting the clamp meter around the cable; turn off and on the heavy machines/equipment’s for better calculation. Also always select a rating 20% higher to your load for long term usage.
- AII of the above silent genset range is made to perform at 1500 rpm.
- Rated current output is at 100% load.(0.8 Power Factor).
